How the SEO score is calculated
The audit reads 12 fields and gives each an equal share of 100 — 8.3 points. A good verdict takes the full share, a warning takes half, a failure takes none. The total is rounded to a whole number.
What each verdict is worth
| good | 8.3 points per field |
| warn | 4.2 points per field |
| fail | 0 points per field |
A score out of 100 is a checklist, not a ranking prediction. Every field weighs the same here, which is deliberately crude: in reality a missing canonical on a duplicated page costs far more than a missing og:type. Read the field list, not the number.
